New Rules for Vaping Flavors Including Menthol – Will They Make the Market Deeper In to the Suburbs?
The biggest problem with vaporizing liquids is, sometimes, you merely never know exactly what you’re inhaling. And so, you shouldn’t always assume that any given flavor is completely safe. However, there can, sometimes, be certain enough that vaporizing liquids with known stimulants or toxins is really a bad idea. Here’s a look at the dangers of Vaporizing plus some of the safer options for enjoying e-juices.
The biggest problem with vaporizing flavored drinks is that you truly never know if the flavoring chemicals are going into your bloodstream or not. It isn’t uncommon for people to ingest these flavorings without even knowing it. Caramel corn, for example, can cause a myriad of different side effects for people depending on whether they have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or some other condition. Similarly, vanilla and chocolate extracts could cause respiratory issues in lots of people. But, most of the time, the people who find yourself having problems with vaporizing flavored drinks are people who have problems with asthma. It’s because the flavoring chemicals quite often get absorbed into the air when you breathe them in.
Another problem with adoring e-juices is that young people are particularly susceptible to this kind of advertising. Teenagers are impressionable and also have a penchant for novelty. So it is no wonder that there’s a booming business in selling electric cigarettes for kids. The problem, however, is that teenagers remain developing nicotine addiction problems, which will make it much more problematic for them to quit after they grow older.
Also, as described above, many e-juice companies do not make their own flavors. Many companies rely on tobacco companies which are legally required to include the tobacco flavor in their products if they desire to market it. The problem is that they don’t always take the time to make their products as appealing to adults because they are to children. In fact, a few of the tobacco flavorings found in e-juice which are currently under review by the FDA could actually increase the risks of developing tobacco addiction or cancer.
That is why the FDA is taking steps to modify the sale of e-juices. The FDA has already been banned from selling certain flavors of nicotine-infused gums and has threatened to ban the sale of menthol cigarettes. They’re also considering banning the sale of flavored cigarettes, and also all e-juice. The thing is that while the FDA vapinger.com does its best to control the sale of e-juice, it isn’t yet able to regulate the sale of certain vaping flavors, like menthol.
So what’s the reason for the FDA’s desire to put a menthol flavored e-juice restriction into effect? In line with the officials who are involved with drafting the e-liquid formula, the flavoring was discovered during an alcohol test. Tobacco extracts are allowed in the final product, but only once they have already been diluted with a flavorless, or inert, alcohol. While the flavoring could be completely legal, many voters believe that the FDA’s plan would simply impose higher costs available, and force most vaporizers to quit using the flavor to be able to choose the product.
The FDA is looking at the possibility of regulating vaporizers to make sure that they meet the same safety requirements as cigarettes. Because the agency is wanting to apply these rules to e-juice, it will likely have to target other forms of e-liquid, such as the ones that use glycerin or propylene glycol as their sweetening agents. These types of products are commonly used in other kinds of liquids that make them suitable to be utilized as a replacement for sugar.
The FDA’s plan would also prefer to make it harder for voters to access specific flavors by claiming that you will be charged more to refill cigarettes with certain ones. Because the current system requires one to purchase a new pack of cigarettes in order to be able to refill it, the brand new regulation would force consumers to pay more money if they want to replace flavors between cigarettes. Some vapers feel that this is an unfair advantage, because it would force them to buy a cigarette each time they would like to try something new. Many electronic cigarettes already have a system which allows one to easily refill your units, so it is not necessary so you might purchase a new pack.
